Victoria is an experienced NHS manager, with 16 years’ experience in the Primary Care sector. A Practice Manager for ten years, Victoria has worked within the GP Federation in Sunderland since 2019, leading on significant projects including the delivery of the city-wide C-19 Vaccination Programme and mobilising the move of some hospital outpatient services in to the community throughout the pandemic. Victoria is currently the operational lead of the PCN Pharmacy Team and Ageing Well and Frailty Project Lead in Sunderland for North East & North Cumbria ICB.
She is passionate about patients and how collaborative working across Health and Social Care can deliver better, joined-up care and experiences to the most vulnerable patients living in our communities.
