I lead the Reimagining Health programme at the independent cross party think tank, Reform. This programme focuses on reimagining the post-war NHS model to adapt it to the needs of modern society. Before Reform, I was a Senior Analyst at the Tony Blair Institute for four years on public service reform. Prior to working at TBI, I worked in finance, supporting an equity trading desk in an investment bank.
