Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that’s there for the whole family. Our nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, specialist advice and support to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it is needed.
What will be showcased on our stand?
We will be available to speak to those visiting our stand about the impact Admiral Nursing can have on the care families living with dementia receive across health and social care settings. We will have various resources and information about Admiral Nursing and Dementia Care for visitors to take away.
